How quickly will you reply?
We usually reply to email and form messages within an hour. Call if you need a quick orientation; for a claim, first follow the Insured event page (Europ Assistance and KNOX).
How do you get an insurance certificate for a visa?
Fill in the request under Confirmations and documents. We need passport details, your membership number and destination. A trip-specific confirmation can be issued only for travel of up to 8 weeks (56 days).
